Who this policy covers
This policy covers the Flominzo marketing website. The website is operated by Finazzl (OPC) Private Limited, 704, 7th Floor, Palm Court, MG Road, Sector 16, Gurugram, Haryana 122007, India (“we”, “us”). Payment processing, customer accounts, and information processed on behalf of business customers are subject to separate service agreements and privacy terms.

Information you provide and information collected
- Enquiries: your name, work email, company, and the information you choose to send us.
- Website delivery: hosting and security systems may process request information such as IP address, browser details, and requested pages.
- Cookie notice: the time you dismissed the notice is stored in your browser.
- Analytics: when a Google Analytics property is configured, visits and page views are measured automatically.
When you send the contact form, your name, work email, company, topic and message are stored in a database that our hosting provider, Cloudflare, operates for us, together with the page you sent it from and a one-way hash of your IP address that changes daily and is used only to limit abuse. We use them to reply to you. Do not include payment credentials, identity documents, or customer transaction data in a general enquiry.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps towards a business relationship. Technical information supports website delivery, security, and fault diagnosis. Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used. It starts automatically when configured and does not depend on a consent choice made on this website.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is enabled by default and the Google tag loads automatically when a measurement ID is configured. Advertising storage, ad personalisation, and Google signals are disabled in this website’s configuration. Our page-view events exclude URL query strings, fragments, and contact-form contents.
This website does not provide an analytics off switch. Closing the cookie notice only hides it; it does not give consent or change collection. Browser controls may limit storage or block requests. Contact us for privacy requests.
How long information is kept
The website remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice for 180 days. Google Analytics cookies created by this integration are configured for up to 180 days without extending that duration on each visit. Your browser may remove them sooner.
We keep enquiries, whether sent through the contact form or by email, for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Technical records held by hosting providers follow their retention settings, and the analytics property has its own data-retention setting.
Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on the law that applies to you, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or erase your personal information, to withdraw consent where processing relies on it, to nominate another person to exercise your rights, and to have a grievance addressed. You may also complain to the data-protection authority that applies to you.
