What Flominzo does for marketplaces

Flominzo connects marketplace and gig-platform earnings to payouts: each seller or contractor payout stays linked to the orders, commissions, and adjustments that created it, and is reconciled to provider and bank evidence. It gives marketplaces agentic payments with 100% reconciliation, so a submitted payout batch is never mistaken for money that arrived.

Seller and contractor earnings have to stay connected to the orders, commissions, and adjustments behind them. A submitted batch alone does not tell you who has been paid, who is still outstanding, or which payouts came back.

The problems marketplaces run into

  • A batch is marked sent, but some lines failed, bounced, or are still processing, and sellers ask support where their money is.
  • Commissions, fees, refunds, and chargebacks change what a seller is owed after the payout was calculated.
  • A payout comes back because the account details were wrong, and the funds sit unexplained until someone notices.
  • Contractors in several countries are paid by bank, wallet, or mobile money, each with its own status and file.
  • Finance cannot tie the payout provider’s settlement to the marketplace ledger without spreadsheets.
  • Retrying a partly failed batch risks paying some sellers twice.

How Flominzo fits

Combine business disbursements with payout execution, and reconcile the resulting ledger and settlement evidence, so every seller’s position can be explained line by line.

Flominzo is connected through rail adapters to the providers you use; rails, markets and activation are agreed for your deployment.

Flominzo is software. It instructs your licensed providers and banks and proves what they did; it does not hold customer funds. Your seller agreements, tax and reporting duties, and compliance programme stay with you.

100% reconciliation for every payout line

100% reconciliation means every payment ends either matched against independent evidence - the provider’s records, the settlement file and the bank statement - or as an open exception with an owner and a reason. None is silently assumed paid.

For a marketplace, each payout line closes separately. A batch is finished only when every line is either matched to settlement and bank evidence or raised as an owned exception. A returned payout reopens that seller’s position with its reason, instead of disappearing into a suspense account.

What each team sees

Every team works from the same payout record, from the earning that created it to the bank line that proves it.

Operations
Payout lines that failed, came back, or are still waiting, with the provider’s own record and the next safe step.
Finance
Seller and contractor balances tied to provider settlement and the bank, with fees and adjustments explained.
Support

Markets

Sellers and contractors are often paid in several countries. These pages cover the local rails, statement formats, and regulators Flominzo works with.

Agentic payouts with AgentPay

An operator can ask AgentPay to “pay all approved contractors for last week, except anyone with an open dispute”. AgentPay turns that into an explicit instruction, checked against your mandate, limits, and approval rules before anything executes. The example is illustrative.

AgentPay early-bird: $3,999 setup + $999 a month, for the first 20 customers, with integration by the Flominzo team included.

Where to start

Map the earning, fee, adjustment, and payout references for one seller or contractor flow, including what happens when a payment is returned.

  1. Map: agree how an earning, a fee, an adjustment, and a payout reference each other, and which record proves each one.
  2. Run alongside: reconcile one payout cycle next to your current process, including returns and late provider files.
  3. Expand: add seller segments, countries, and payout methods once the agreed checks are met.

Questions

Does Flominzo calculate what each seller is owed?

Your marketplace keeps calculating earnings. Flominzo takes the payout instruction with its earning, fee, and adjustment references, and proves what happened to it.

What happens when a payout is returned?

The return is linked to the original payout and raised as an exception with an owner. The seller’s position is reopened with the reason, so it can be paid again safely.

Can we pay contractors to mobile money or wallets?

Payout methods depend on the providers connected for your deployment. Read about mobile money payouts.

Do we need to replace our payout provider?

No. Flominzo connects to the providers you already use and can start by reading their records and files.
