Book a demoWhat Flominzo does for bill payment aggregators
Flominzo gives bill payment aggregators one record per bill that connects the customer’s payment, the biller’s validation and receipt, and the biller’s settlement, and reconciles all three. A bill is only finished when the payment, the service, and the settlement agree.
It works with the billers and payment providers you already connect to, through their supported validation and receipt capabilities. Flominzo is connected through rail adapters to the providers you use; rails, markets and activation are agreed for your deployment.
The problems aggregators run into
- Paid is not fulfilled. The customer’s payment succeeds, but the prepaid token or the biller’s receipt never arrives.
- Invalid accounts. A payment is collected against a customer account the biller then rejects, and the refund has to be traced.
- Pending fulfilment. A biller confirms hours later, or not at all, and support cannot tell the customer which.
- Delayed receipts and reversals. Receipts arrive after cut-off, and some bills are reversed after they were marked complete.
- Settlement that does not add up. The biller’s settlement report and your bank statement disagree with your own totals, one biller at a time.
Payment, fulfilment, and settlement are three separate states
Flominzo tracks each bill on three states that are allowed to differ: whether the customer paid, whether the biller delivered the service, and whether the biller settled the money. Keeping them apart is what lets you answer a customer, refund correctly, and close the day.
| State | Evidence | What a break looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Payment | The collection provider’s response and your bank statement | Collected twice, or collected with no matching bill |
| Fulfilment | The biller’s validation, receipt, or token | Paid but no receipt, or a receipt for a different amount |
| Settlement | The biller’s settlement report and the bank movement | Settled totals that do not match fulfilled bills |
How Flominzo fits
| Job | Product | How it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Validate and pay a bill | Flominzo Bills | Identify the service, customer account, amount, and reference before execution, using the biller’s supported validation. |
| Customer payment journey | Flominzo Send | Collect the customer’s payment and keep one reference from payment to receipt. |
| Prove each bill | Flominzo Recon | Compare biller receipts, settlement reports, and bank evidence with your own records, and raise every difference as an exception. |
100% reconciliation
100% reconciliation means every payment ends either matched against independent evidence - the provider’s records, the settlement file and the bank statement - or as an open exception with an owner and a reason. None is silently assumed paid.
Flominzo’s statement parsers today read ISO 20022 camt.053 and camt.052, SWIFT MT940, and configured CSV layouts. Biller settlement files are mapped as evidence sources for your deployment.
Markets
Bill payment runs on different networks in each market. In India, for example, many aggregators connect billers through BBPS, now branded Bharat Connect; the India page describes what reconciling it involves. Your licensing and network obligations stay with you: Flominzo is software that instructs your providers and proves what they did, and it does not hold customer funds.
The same approach works across the markets we focus on. Each market page describes its local rails, statement formats, and regulators. Flominzo is connected through rail adapters to the providers you use; rails, markets and activation are agreed for your deployment.
AgentPay early-bird
$3,999 setup + $999 a month, for the first 20 customers. Flominzo AgentPay lets your team, or an AI agent, pay a bill or check its status in plain language, while your mandates, limits, and approvals decide what executes. The setup includes integration with your providers and bank or settlement files by the Flominzo team.

Start with one biller and one service type, including invalid accounts, pending fulfilment, delayed receipts, reversals, and settlement mismatches. Flominzo reads your existing records and the evidence around them, and runs in parallel with your current process, so nothing changes for your team until the results agree.
- Map: agree identifiers, amounts, currencies, business dates, and which system owns each record.
- Run alongside: reconcile the same period your team already reconciles, and compare the exceptions.
- Decide: expand to more flows, providers, or execution once the agreed checks are met.
Questions
Does Flominzo connect directly to billers?
Flominzo connects through rail adapters to the billers and aggregating networks you use, with the validation and receipt capabilities each one supports. Coverage is agreed for your deployment.
What happens when a customer pays but the bill is not fulfilled?
The payment and the fulfilment are separate states, so the bill stays open as an exception with an owner until the receipt arrives or the refund is proven.
Can we start with reconciliation only?
Yes. Flominzo Recon can read your existing transaction records, biller reports, and bank statements while your current platform keeps processing bills.
